Visitors to this site agree, during or after visitation, not to reveal confidential information, especially about the adoptive and foster families, or trade secrets to any person, firm, corporation, or entity; including, but not limited to, the names or capacity of which said adoptive, foster or prospective adoptive or foster family(ies) under any circumstances whatsoever, including discussions regarding any adoptive or foster family(ies) whether casual or otherwise and that said family(ies) relationship with STC shall remain confidential and shall not be revealed to any organization(s), person(s), entity(ies) without the express, written consent of said family(ies).

Should an individual(s) reveal or threaten to reveal this information, STC shall be entitled to an injunction restraining the individual(s) from disclosing same, or from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed.

The right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and STC may pursue any other remedies it has against the individual(s) for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including immediate termination of visitation to this site and the recovery of damages from the individual(s).
